If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products received, get in touch within 30 days of receiving your item and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.

If our quality assurance team confirms an issue with your order, we’ll be happy to send a complimentary replacement order.

We’d much rather fix any problems and provide a replacement to make sure our customers are happy with their orders.
